Yes, it's tight, but I would recommend a smaller size to adjust gradually. The first time it fits just right, but the goal is to close snaps.

It's of good quality, I ordered XS and it's very tight on me. It's difficult to put it on, but once it's on, it almost doesn't feel uncomfortable.
